Your data
Your data stays yours, and stays where it is.
Automations need to work with some of your data, such as email and files. Everything happens inside the accounts you already have, and OWL doesn’t keep your data.
-
Your data stays in your workspace
Automations work inside your own workspace (e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). OWL doesn’t store your data. Short-lived automation logs are deleted automatically on a schedule.
-
OWL never asks for your passwords
Not by email, not over the phone, not on a form. And OWL never stores them.
-
Narrowest permissions
You grant access on Google’s or Microsoft’s own sign-in screen, and only for what the automation needs.
